In this project, we partnered with the City of Chicago’s Innovation and Technology department. This civic entity has led numerous projects such as the development of the CHI311 app. As a team, we worked with the City of Chicago’s Design Director to understand and improve experiences for Chicago residents. Throughout the process we learned about designing technology and experiences for such a diverse population, at a city-level.
