In this project, we were tasked with choosing a website of our choice, and redesigning it to fit industry standards. I chose to redesign the website of a local restaurant, ‘Spanglish Mexican Kitchen’. I studied the restaurant for weeks, and used to grab a meal from there often, to garner inspiration for things like colors, typefaces, and layouts.
After finishing with this project, I set up a meeting with the owner of the restaurant and presented him with this entirely new website that I had created. After a few tweaks, he agreed to purchase the website!
